Needs better, more knowledgeable mechanics. Not convinced our truck was even looked at. Charged $120 for nothing. Was told we needed a $3500+ fix, my husband proved them wrong in the lot. We couldn't even talk to the guy that supposedly looked at it and no one else knew anything. Oddly, our truck had zero oil, took 6 qts to get it even to register and brand new batteries were dead. We brought our 350 to this dealership because we heard good things. Never, EVER again. We drove our truck in and towed it out. More
