When I went in for a oil change I knew I was going to have problems, me and this guy don't see eye to eye. He likes people who just take what he says as truth. I very specifically told him I only wanted have problems, me and this guy don't see eye to eye. He likes people who just take what he says as truth. I very specifically told him I only wanted the oil and filter change. He came in to the lobby holding my cabin air filter and engine airl filter which was a aftermarket K&N air filter. I don't want someone going through my glovebox after I told them oil and oils filter only . He got smart with me and said he was doing his job . I told him his job was to let them know I only wanted the oil and oil filter change and that was it. My next visit which will be my last, this dealership proved they are nothing more than parts replacers. Check engine light came on , they said they would replace parts and if it didn't fix the problem they would replace more parts. When does this end ? More
