Every time I have had my vehicle at Huston weather for simple oil changes, recalls, etc, it is always a multiple hour endeavor. There have been times where I have had to call multiple times to see if my v simple oil changes, recalls, etc, it is always a multiple hour endeavor. There have been times where I have had to call multiple times to see if my vehicle was ready yet only to find out they needed it over night but I was never informed of that, nor was I offered a loaner vehicle. Even when mine was still in warranty. I purchased my vehicle at Huston and have had every service appointment there. Never have I experienced less customer service than at Huston. I used to work with Ariana and I think she is gone but this time, for a routine oil change, tire rotation and safety recall it was 3 hours. With an appointment early in the morning. It's very frustrating knowing I will have to give up my entire day or go multiple days without a vehicle when I have to have my vehicle serviced if I bring it to Huston. More

Madeline was very attentive and kept me abreast to the progress on my jeep. She made arrangements for me to be taken home to wait for my car to be done.
