No communication unless I reached out. No urgency/empathy that I had no vehicle and did nothing for rental had to get from Corporate after contacting them. Dodge covered Engine replacement then I was told AC and Starter also needed replacement under my extended warranty, I’m sure that had nothing to do with yanking out an engine and replacing?!? I was initially told about the AC compressor after the new engine was placed after I had to call for an update. I was told, “we” are replacing that as a courtesy. Upon arrival to pick up my a truck I was told “while cleaning it the starter also did not work so we replaced it and your AC under you extended warranty. I shared my concerns about an AC compressor and Starter not working after an entire engine replacement pointing out that it might have been the reasons other parts were “broke” I also reminded that she said the AC was being replaced “complimentary”. Service writer exact response: “you should feel lucky that you got a new engine,AC compressor,Starter for only 100bucks”. More
