I think the mechanics were too busy to try to diagnose my reported issues. They did repair one item, but they were admittedly short handed and took a pass on the other issues I reported by stating that they reported issues. I like the fact that they include a free car wash with an oil change now. I made an appointment for my oil change, it took much longer to complete this time than it ever took back when I just showed up at th oil change now.
