I have taken my 2500 Ram diesel in 2 times and both encounters were worthless. Both times I asked for a complete inspection and what was needed with the associated mileage on the truck. The first tim encounters were worthless. Both times I asked for a complete inspection and what was needed with the associated mileage on the truck. The first time no one called and nothing was ever told to me or shown on the invoice other than the oil change. The second time, the exact same thing, however the new service writer claimed to have called by cell several times, however there was no indication of any call on my cell. If the person was smart they could of google my name and easily found my office number. I still have the service needed light coming on. Unfortunately for me they are the only Ram dealer in the area. I own a BMW and their service department puts this department to shame. Both times the service department appeared to be lacking in procedures and taking care of customers was an after thought. More
