Even though our part was backordered for three months from Chrysler, Arturo kept us informed of the new expected delivery for our TIPM each time it was delayed. Also, when my wife got tired of hearing th from Chrysler, Arturo kept us informed of the new expected delivery for our TIPM each time it was delayed. Also, when my wife got tired of hearing the reasons from me and Arturo, the manager graciously met with us to explain the situation. I think his name was Marc, but I'm not sure. Arturo has always been the service writer I have dealt with to help keep my wife car running well. More
