Rotten Almost Dishonest I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty with about 13,500 miles on it from Wells Motors last month. I negotiated and "Out the Door" price of $23,000.00 and paid I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty with about 13,500 miles on it from Wells Motors last month. I negotiated and "Out the Door" price of $23,000.00 and paid in full with a check. After paying, getting the title, registration, etc. I returned to the salesman, Mike Pool, to take delivery of the Jeep. Only then did he tell me that there was only one key for the vehicle. I asked what he could do for me and he said he could do nothing - not even get a second key made for me at his cost. So what is the big deal about a missing key? The big deal is that they cost $240.90 which is what I had to pay to get one at my local dealership today. I would not recommend that anyone deal with these people! More

I told michael the truck i wanted michael said they did not have a truck in stock but he would find me one and call me back. Well 20 minutes later he calls and we make the deal. Last but not least the salesman that i dealt with told me he has worked for wells for over 40 years. that alone says something. I give them a 20 star rating. More

The process was straight forward and when I went to finalize my purchase there were no unexpected costs. Actually, the rebate for when I ordered my truck and finalized the purchase had increased and Wells Motor Company gave me the higher rebate amount.
