When you alerted us to issues with your vehicle, we picked up your vehicle, left you one to drive, and replaced your back up camera and power window motors, When you purchased your vehicle you also got a warranty. Your review cites subsequent repairs that you've had to do to your vehicle since we've last seen you. Hello, Thank you for your standard reply. You do not seem to be very informed: May I make some correction. There was never any talk about power window motors. The biggest problem was the Turbo was broken and was connected by some steel wires(yes you read it right) which your mechanics “didn’t see” during your xxxx point inspection you bragged about”. So there are only 2 options: your mechanics are not vey knowledgeable or covering up the real condition of the car These items were noticed after a few seconds in the bmw shop by just opening the hood. Also the fact that the car had an accident in the past were items that after a few minutes in the bmw shop were noticed. The told me they couldn’t believe any official dealership could have sold me this car. All I heard, when I called for the car from the salesperson was “it’s a great car, in perfect condition” not mentioning the broken trim pieces inside the car. So you want me to call Craig. Well he was the first person we called when we drove a few miles after we purchased the car which basically told us when it became clear there was a lot wrong with the car: ” Well when you drove off the lot, you own it and by the way, you cant make a warranty claim in the first 30 days after you bought it.” Then Mr. Rice, the sales manager stepped in, friendly guy, so we thought:” hey there is someone with a conscious at Huston”. So he promised to take the car back and fix everything that was wrong with it. After a month or so in the shop, they installed some trim which I purchased, fixed the back up camera. The broken parking sensor and most importantly, the turbo, they just refused to replace it and told me they will come and bring back our car and take the rental back because the “owner of Huston” said he needs the loaner back and you just got to get it repaired yourself, you have a warranty. So here we were and brought the car to another shop to get the turbo replaced which the warranty didn’t cover and I was already $4,000 out of pocket for a car we didn’t even drive $500 miles… and most of the miles were to bring the car from Jacksonville to Hudson, FL So you can preach customer service is extremely important to you but its seems more to be a slogan since you do absolutely not practice what you preach. I have much more to say but have kept it short this time. My next reply I will be much more elaborate and detailed.
