Wow! Where do I start! After one of the greatest auto purchasing experiences that we had with David Quinto and Craig Bailey at Houston Cadillac, my family and I were in a horrible accident on I-75 and my purchasing experiences that we had with David Quinto and Craig Bailey at Houston Cadillac, my family and I were in a horrible accident on I-75 and my 2018 Cadillac ESV 4x4 that was purchased less than 90 days ago, from Houston, was a total loss. Immediately when David and Craig found out about it after asking if we were ok, David began to search for a replacement. He was able to find a 2019 GMC Yukon Denali 4x4 with less miles, more features and a year newer. Craig was able to get us a better interest rate, no down payment and more extended warranty. As a result, the full purchase price was less than the retail value of the vehicle. Thank you David, Craig and the team of Houston Cadillac for being there for my family at a time when we needed you the most. It has been such a great pleasure to work with you once again and I wish there were more than 5 stars to give David and Craig. Words cannot express how thankful we are for this blessing. We were looking for a very comfortable high quality used SUV. This dealership had a couple of models that fit the specifications we were looking for. Their prices were reflective of KBB’s fair market value SUV. This dealership had a couple of models that fit the specifications we were looking for. Their prices were reflective of KBB’s fair market value and not nearly inflated as other dealerships we visited. The offer given for our trade-in was at the high end of the KBB trade-in fair market value. The purchasing experience was very quick. The first offer presented to us was acceptable and with only a couple very minor adjustments (requests from us which they were happy to comply), we signed the paperwork. Picked up the vehicle the next morning detailed and full of fuel. We are very happy with the entire process and the quality of the vehicle we purchased. More
