I viewed (on Car Gurus) a Buick Enclave for sale at Huston Buick. I emailed an inquiry to them and Mr Pedro Hernandez contacted me. To make a long story short, I have never had a more pleasant car buyi Huston Buick. I emailed an inquiry to them and Mr Pedro Hernandez contacted me. To make a long story short, I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience. Pedro is the ultimate professional. Living 120 miles from the dealership there were many phone calls and questions. Pedro answered all of them without hesitation (I believe his patience is better than mine). I also spoke to his sales and finance managers, that were just as knowledgeable and pleasant. Three days later my wife and I are the proud owners of the Enclave and pleased we made new friends The 120 mile ride was well worth the time and effort. More
