Our sales person, Nicole Barnes, made a normally stressful purchase, very smooth and painless. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, she was very patient. I never once felt pressured or hurried about making a decision, which was appreciated. She was very transparent throughout the process and then once we came to an agreement, she moved everything along as fast as possible. She had her hand in every detail, from washing my old license plate to helping me set up the welcome call for OnStar. Elizabeth Harris in the finance department was also amazing. It was a great car buying experience overall. Nicole and the employees at Huston GMC were all so friendly and welcoming. We live over an hour from Lake Wales, but it was worth the drive. I’m so very happy we stumbled upon this gem. I highly recommend Huston if you’re in the market for a GMC or Cadillac. Ask for Nicole, you will not be disappointed! More

Nicole ordered my Cadillac CT5-V for me last June. Nicole was helpful at every step and kept me updated regarding the order. When I finally picked the car up we took it out for a spin and she showed me the key features of the car. The purchase and delivery process went super smooth. Nicole followed up a couple of times after I took delivery to make sure everything with the car was as I expected and if she could answer any questions. This is my first new Cadillac purchase and hopefully not my last, I look forward to working with Nicole when that time comes. More
