Terrible car, terrible customer service I never write reviews, but I figure that if I don't, it only hurts future customers. I bought a used car from Husker last summer. And I get it, it was a used car. A 2007 Grand Prix with 100,000 miles. My issue is that the salesman told us they did a 121 point inspection. With our experience with this car, there is no way they did that inspection. I didn't expect the car to be perfect. But if they did do that inspection, they would have caught some of the issues we had to fix after the fact. We have done an alignment, had the power steering fixed, the radiatior flushed and replaced. After the sale, the used car salesman Kevin could not have been less interested in our satisfaction. He didn't return phone calls, and when I did reach him, he said there was nothing he could do to help us. I didn't expect this car to be issue free. It was a used car with 100,000 miles. But I did expect the dealership to have done the inspection that they stated they did. And I did expect the salesman to be a stand up guy. More

Car delivered to my door in Seattle in under two weeks! Never bought a used car over the internet before, but after doing business with Brett I think I'll be buying all my cars online. He gave me his personal cell number and put up with my constant stream of texts and emails asking questions. He did a great job keeping on the right people to make sure the deal moved forward. Brett works all hours of the day and night to keep his customers happy! I would never buy a car without having an independent mechanic look at it and they were more then willing to hold the car until my mechanic could inspect it the following day. Everything checked out during the inspection: a few dents, scratches, chips in the windshield. There was one minor inconsistency. The dealer says the tires were new, but the date code indicated they were 2 years old with wear consistent with the age. Exactly what I expected on a used car, but not something I would have noticed even if I inspected the car myself. This is why you get an independent inspection! Quite a few of the bad reviews are just blind trust in the sales presentation or unreasonable expectations. A used car is going to be used. The F&I guy is a little slow on the paperwork, it took several business days to get it all together. There was no effort on my part. They sent a courier service out to my office to get everything signed and notarized, I spent less than 30 minutes on paperwork. On the way back my paperwork got delayed just before memorial day weekend by FedEx. Brett spent an hour at the FedEx depot helping them find it so he could ship my car that Saturday rather than waiting until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. That is going above and beyond if you ask me! All said it took two weeks from when I committed to buy the car to when it was delivered to my doorstep. (Took another week for the title.) I spent less than 30 minutes doing paperwork and Brett took care of the rest. They didn't try to sell me VIN etching, security stickers, or any of the other shady car dealer accessories. They did offer an extended warranty, which I declined without issue. The doc fee was a bit on the high end at $399. In the end buying from Husker Auto Group saved me about 15% over buying from a dealer in Seattle, and the car was in much better condition then what was available here. More
