It's not worth it Really, no matter what amazing deals your salesperson can come up with, it's really not worth the hassle you will get when you go to have your prett Really, no matter what amazing deals your salesperson can come up with, it's really not worth the hassle you will get when you go to have your pretty new vehicle serviced. 1) it is EXTREMELY rare for someone in the service area to answer the phone, which directs you to a call center who is unable to schedule many services, so they transfer thou back to the service center... who doesn't answer... transfer you to the call center...etc. 2)They will always tell you that one of your scheduled services isn't covered, when it is clearly written in your contract (this one happened today) 3) They won't really do the routine maintenance checks, but they will say they did (this was 6 months ago, the last time I took my car in). I brought it in with no washer fluid, when I got it back, still no washer fluid, but they had checked off that they had done it. I know, washer fluid isn't a crisis, but if they are willing to lie about something so small, how can you trust them on anything? This goes back to item 2... when I brought in my vehicle for service (4th oil change since I got it) , I called them out on the dishonesty about what services they had completed, and told them that I had marked my filters and made note of all the fluid levels. Funny, not an hour later, I received a call saying that I only have 2 oil changes under my contract, and they would have to charge for this one (the 4th). Another example of this dishonesty... we pay the extra $ for the zaktech coverage, which is to be reapplied every 6 months when I bring it in for service. That is something you can smell no matter how much you try to extract the product.. yet the interior of my vehicle NEVER smells any differently when I pick it up. 4) they will promise you a loaner, so you make your plans for your day, and when you go to drop off your vehicle, they will act like they never knew you wanted one, and they just do happen to not have anything available, leaving you without a car to do the things you have planned for the day. 5) if they break something, they won't tell you. I had my acadia in for recall work which involved pulling the engine. When I got it back, it ran badly, and I noticed black powdered stuff on my wheels. I took it to a mechanic friend, and after looking at it, he informed me that a brake boot was broken, as were some mounts and my headlight. I went back to husker... they said .."we forgot, we dropped the engine when we were putting it back in your vehicle... we will fix the brake boot and the mounts, but the headlight couldn't have broken because of that, so you will have to pay $112 for us to replace it " My husband and I have gotten our last 10 vehicles from husker because we loved our salesperson. He is no longer there, and after today we won't be either. More

Never again! If you are a single WOMAN with a child...do NOT purchase a vehicle from Husker Auto....they will totally take advantage of you... My daughter purchased a van from them February 15, 2018 because she needed a vehicle that her son's wheelchair would fit in...today is March 14, 2018 and the deal is still not done...they have made her come back and sign different paperwork (paperwork that should have been made clear before she ever left with the vehicle)...on that return they raised her interest rate and added another 6 months onto the loan... I, myself, spoke with Riley in the finance dept and he was suppose to email me paperwork to sign about a week and a half ago and she finally called today only to find out the paperwork cannot be emailed...not sure why we had to call to find out this info... She still cannot license her van because Husker has not send the paperwork to the courthouse yet.... Several times they have said they will return our calls but nobody ever does... The employees that work for Husker Auto are pushy and make you feel guilty for not taking advantage of things like extended warranties.... Not impressed and will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Husker Auto again. More

Without this coverage, you WILL be taken advantage of by Husker Auto Group! Here is my experience with the Husker Auto Group: I own a Chevy vehicle and recently started noticing this toxic smell of burning antifreeze coming into the cab of my car when I run the heater. Turns out, GM has an active recall for this issue on my vehicle model so I called the GM dealer (Husker Auto Group) to set up an appointment for them to fix my car. Since the issue is well known by GM and a recall has been issued, I expected GM to fix the issue for at no expense to me. When I called they said they would be able to fix my vehicle and told me to bring my car in right away. When I brought my car in, I was informed that since my car wasn't covered under their special extended warranty and the VIN for my car says the title is previously salvaged, they couldn't preform the recall for me - that somehow being salvaged invalidates all previous recalls for the vehicle! As if this wasn't upsetting enough to me, they then wanted to charge me $125 just to inspect my car and diagnose the issue that both of us clearly already knew was the issue since there is an open recall to fix this issue. Because I didn’t want to be inhaling a toxic vapor from my car anymore, I foolishly agreed to this absurd charge. Turns out allowing them to inspect my car was a huge mistake! They came back with a laundry list of problems with my car and then pressured me into spending near $5,000 to fix all of them. Just preforming the work for the recall was going to cost me almost $1,000 at Husker Auto Group! I knew for certainly this could not the case so called my trusted mechanic at Auto Specialist Inc. in Omaha to get a second opinion. They told me they could perform the work for recall for just $400 in labor. In the end, I was so furious at Husker Auto Group, that I just decided to bite the bullet and pay the $125, oh wait no they had to tack on an extra $20 more for taxes and fees so $145 total, just to get my car back from Husker Auto Group. I find it disgusting that Husker GM takes “pride in our work and providing you with an excellent dealership experience, one that will make you feel Completely Satisfied” and yet went to such extent to take advantage of me simply because I didn’t have their shiny extended warranty. I will never again take my car to Husker GM. If you want to avoid being scammed and mistreated, I suggest you take your car elsewhere. More
