They "suggested" for me to refinance the vehicle so I can get the payments back down to what I was supposed to be paying to begin with. What a nightmare. Too much pain to take them to court so, I'm here to warn you STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, buy somewhere else if you have to. Not to mention, the seats in my 2019 Chevy Traverse had something poking me in lumbar area. I wouldn't be surprised if they are selling altered vehicles here seeing they are also in the business of altering checks & contracts. Total bad experience all together.
