Saturday Service Center After experiencing mechanical issues during a cross country road trip from Utah to Tennessee in our recently purchased diesel pickup, we can't express After experiencing mechanical issues during a cross country road trip from Utah to Tennessee in our recently purchased diesel pickup, we can't express how grateful we are that Husker GMC was the closest option for diagnosis & repair. We arrived moments after the service center opened on a Saturday, and the employees went right to work looking for the issue so we could be on our way again. Unfortunately, the main diesel mechanic was off for the weekend, but another mechanic Jorge, willingly stepped in and did his best to remedy the situation. The service advisor Marty was exceptionally helpful and responsive despite how crazy busy the service center got throughout the day. We were back on the road within just a couple of hours, but all was not well and we had to turn around after 40 miles and go back because of another issue. Now it was getting close to the end of their day, and we were worried that we would be stuck in Lincoln until at least Monday. They got right to work looking for the new problem, and although we were the last people out the door that afternoon, we can honestly say that what could have been a really exasperating, miserable day ended up being totally ok in the end. We were treated with the utmost care and respect, and Marty made sure all of the problems were resolved so we didn't have to wait until Monday or rent a car to continue our trip. Jorge came out and shook our hands and explained exactly what the problem had been, and reassured us. These people know how to treat their customers and really go above and beyond! More

Husker Auto group got her a lower monthly payment which she thought applied to the 60 months. Upon going over the paperwork at home it was for 72 months, adding over $5000 to our original loan amount and making us completely upside down in the vehicle we purchased. Be careful because they will take advantage of you. More

Great call by technician I had my front wheel bearings go out and was told by Marty, my service manager, that the technician could hear that the rear wheel bearings were start I had my front wheel bearings go out and was told by Marty, my service manager, that the technician could hear that the rear wheel bearings were starting to go. I could hear nothing after the front were done, but sure enough, about 6 months later I started to hear the whining in the rear. At least I knew what the sound was and called Marty to set up an appointment. Husker is easy to work with and stand by the pricing and service that they quote. Marty has been my service manager for the last two years and will not have anyone else work on my CTS. More

Worth the trip I come here every 6 months to get my routine stuff done on my traverse. I live 4 in a half hours away. The only problem I had was getting the appoin I come here every 6 months to get my routine stuff done on my traverse. I live 4 in a half hours away. The only problem I had was getting the appointment set up, it took 3 tries to get it set. I would get ahold of somebody and she would send an email to the service department. ( I like to get appointment set up a few weeks in advance so I can book my hotel and others things I need done). But I will say it is worth it. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and Marty called me at my appointment time to let me know what else needed done on my vehicle (routine things) and how much it was going to cost me. He wasn't for sure if he was going to get it all done, but he would call later with an update. He called me later and said he would have it done. Marty and a couple of others stayed later to get it done that day. It was very much appreciated. Thanks Marty and Helpers. They also have a nice waiting area and I would recommended that you check it out while your there. More
