100% do not recommend. I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from this dealership and started having problems two days after purchase!! I chose not to take the vehicle to the company's mechanic because they told me it would cost 170$ if my warranty did not cover it, that makes no sense at all!! I ended up taking the vehicle to my local mechanic and they discovered two issues with the car. 1. Bad shocks. My warranty did not cover this because it was a wear-and-tear item so now I am out 400$ to start with. 2. The rear steering knuckle needed to be replaced. The finance person told me that I purchased the platinum warranty and when I went up to Husker Auto a second time my file said platinum. When I talked to the warranty company they told me I only had bronze coverage and the steering knuckle would not be covered and now I am out $1000!!! I talked to the manager to see if he could correct these two mistakes and he said to bring the car in and he will try to reduce the price. This is very unacceptable!! I am stuck with a car with multiple problems and a warranty that will not cover the damage. If I knew this would be the case I would be better off with my old car!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact that they sold me a faulty car and would not do anything at all to make things right. More
BUYERS BEWARE! ! My daughter had a good experience with her sales person, Tre - test drive, Car Fax was presented to her and they held the car for 24 hours. Then wh ! Then when we sat down to sign the paperwork the customer service quickly went downhill. Tre's integrity totally disappeared. He had written into the contract an extended warranty and included gap insurance, without discussing this with my daughter as an OPTION. When I confronted him about this, he said that the finance department required it and it was mandatory, or else she would have to put an extra $2000.00 more towards the down payment or I would have to co-sign. Yet she was already approved for the loan through their finance department. I then asked Tre how much the extended warranty package was and he refused to answer my question, and just told us what her monthly payment would be. I asked to speak to his sales manager, who just provided printouts of two extended warranty options, still no total price was given to us. I told him that was total garbage, then they finally called in Brandon who is the finance manager. I explained that all we were interested in, was Gap insurance but definitely we did NOT want any extended warranty packages, as we felt confident in the vehicle that was being purchased, and we did not want to pay interest on an extended warranty that was going to be rolled into my daughter's loan. We had NO interest in an extended warranty period! Brandon took us to another building and had us wait in the waiting room while he prepared a new purchase contract. When we went into Brandon's office and reviewed the contract, the only extra cost was the Gap insurance which we had agreed to. The extended warranty had been deleted and I found out that the cost for an extended warranty package would have been an extra $2550.00 dollars!!! Brandon went through the contract & explained in detail what she was signing for on each page. She received a decent interest rate and her monthly payment is $50.00 less/month without the extended warranty. She loves her "new" vehicle and is grateful that I fought long & hard for her best interest at hand. I definitely would NOT refer anyone to Tre, as he did NOT exhibit any integrity or honesty and was down right lying to us, in regards to the finance department requiring that my daughter accept the extended warranty package or put more money down or have me co-sign. BUYERS BEWARE! More
Seriously crooked salesmen, focused only on their own commission checks with no regard for the safety of the cars they sell. There communication is the worst. I dropped my Escalade off at 7:56 for my 8:00 am appointment. I’ve tried calling them and my husband too. They wanted to charge us $2,000 extra because we live out of state. We talked them down to $1,000 and made a deal on a vehicle and sent a deposit. It was missing chips. This was NEVER disclosed during conversations with them. Canaan and his manager played a pretty low game…not impressed. More

STAY AWAY! This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I inquired about a car they had and was told it was available. I sent them all the info they requested and I was never asked for a deposit to hold the car. They came back low on my trade so I called the manager Larry Young. He said he would look into and call me right back. Once again I was never asked for a deposit to hold the car. He finally called me back almost 7hrs later and got right on the trade value. He told me to talk to the salesman Christian to give him a deposit to hold the car and I said ok. Christian calls me two minutes later to tell me the car sold earlier that day. What kind of people do they have running this place? If they had told me I needed to put a deposit down to hold the car while we worked the deal I would have been fine with that but it was never brought up. What a waste of time. They acted like they didn't care they sold it out from underneath me. Be better Husker GMC. This was disappointing and disgusting. More

Second, I have received ZERO updates on my vehicle during that entire time period. I live in Seward and I’ve had to drive to Lincoln just to get an update on my car, because nobody calls me or calls me back when I call them and leave a message. I’ve also never been offered a rental car, loaner car, or any sort of help to have some mode of transportation to be able to make it to my job every day. As it stands now I would advise that NOBODY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO HUSKER AUTOMOTIVE. If that’s the way they treat their customers then I want to stop as many people as I can from going there. More
