The sales department was amazing let me be clear. The service department is an absolute nightmare. The director has no knowledge about the cars he's servicing and neither does half the staff. They kept brushing off a concern until the car with 7,000 miles dropped it's transmission. When in the lemon lawsuit Mitsubishi questioned why it wasn't fixed and I told them they would need to ask their service department as it was in there several times. They don't troubleshoot anything, at all. If the computer doesn't show a code they chalk it up to normal ...unless of course your warranty expired then they are happy to find every little issue and then some. I had simple issues like a rattling door panel. They closed it and said it was fine but never looked into it. We took it apart at home and 4 pieces of hardware fell out. A simple 5 min troubleshooting would have resolved that issue. Again, they don't troubleshoot or look for the issue so don't expect anything to be fixed but they will be sure to treat you like trash when you take your car in. The service techs aren't master mechanics according to Bobby and it clearly shows. I would not recommend buying a car here because you'll have to deal with this absolute dumpster fire of a service center. More

Kevin (KC) was awesome from our first contact. Once on-site he made the process very straightforward and simple. He took great value in my time and did not waste a minute. He and Clint (finance) made sure everything was covered in detail and understood. All my questions were honestly answered, and I felt valued as a customer. I will likely buy my next my next vehicle from Hurst (hopefully KC is still there). More
