Awesome Service and Friendliness I searched for a pre-owned Maxima and came up with Hurd Auto Mall which was about 2 hours away from me. I arranged a visit with their internet sales I searched for a pre-owned Maxima and came up with Hurd Auto Mall which was about 2 hours away from me. I arranged a visit with their internet sales woman Alysa and made an appointment, met Gene who had the card up front ready to drive and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. John the manager was awesome. He was not able to knock off as much as I thought but in the end, the car was exactly what I wanted and we came back a week later to sign the deal and drive the car home. Gene also arranged to mail my plates. If you go see them, I highly recommend seeing Gene. He is really nice, will get you whatever you need, great coffee, great showroom and place to go see cars and he will give you a tour. I don't have a lot of history with the Hurd family but I was really impressed. Seemed as if they are really trying hard to win customer loyalty.
