The service you receive from Hurd and the entire staff is impeccable, and they truly go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of financially and personally. This is my fourth car purchased at Hurd over the past 20 years, and each time I am completely satisfied, and you will be too. Unexpected I called the Chevrolet parts department to simply purchase rear differential fluid for my 73 Corvette. I forgot the person who had helped me but I dec I called the Chevrolet parts department to simply purchase rear differential fluid for my 73 Corvette. I forgot the person who had helped me but I decided at that point to have the dealership Change The fluid for me. What surprised me the most was he took the time to actually set up the appointment for me without being switched to the service Department. He gave me a price for parts and labor that was reasonable and set up the appointment for that same day. When I arrived the service writer was very helpful and accommodating. It didn't even take 10 minutes and the car was on the lift being worked on. I am a sales manager at a Lexus dealership and customer satisfaction is number one and I received that and more from Hurd Chevrolet. As part of the negotiations, we told Gene and Chip that we needed to be s Earlier this year my wife and I bought a 2010 GMC Yukon XL at Hurd Automall. As part of the negotiations, we told Gene and Chip that we needed to be sure the registration was in place by a certain date because we needed the truck for our annual family vacation in Florida. They both assured us that this would be no problem. Well something unforseen happened, and there was a problem with getting the truck registered in time for our departure. Not having the truck would have been devastating to our vacation, but Hurd stepped up and provided an equivalent substitute vehicle for us to use for the trip.
