I was so pleased with the service I received over the last 3 years with my 2012 Silverado that when it came time to turn that truck in there was no doubt in my mind I would be returning again. I dealt with Charlie Gleavey for both of my trucks and appreciated the time he spent with me going over all of the finer details along with all of my payment options. As far as salesmen go, Charlie is top-notch. I never once felt any of that pressure or anxiety that typically comes with purchasing a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend asking for him by name if you are in the market for a new car/truck. This is a family run and owned dealership and it definitely shows in how Chris Hurd conducts himself. He treats his entire staff like one big family, from general manager Wendy Bowen right down to every service department technician. And dealing with the service department is a hassle-free delight. As I attended the new owner orientation (my 2nd one in 3 years) I looked around the room and saw a crowd of completely satisfied people, excited with the individual personalized experience they all received.
