Impeccable customer service Shopped around for a truck and after visiting 6 dealerships, I must say the customer service at hurd gmc was the best. The worst part is I needed a miracle on a truck that I wasn't even able to give them my business. If I wasn't so upside down on my car as a trade I would of never left there. The service manager there David was absolutely outstanding and took care of me better then any dealership ever has and my service advisor Rob was second to none and kept me informed the entire process of my car being worked on. I got the car back quicker then expected and it was flawless. I couldn't stop smiling. Mr. Hurd is a great individual and personally called me to make sure I was taken care of.
