Good Service Bought my escape there, always bring back to them. Friendly employees and good service. Only issue is if you need to wait for a part (over the weekend) and need your car for work, you can't bring back in on Monday to have fixed. You need to make new appointment to bring in back, when next available day. If I left it there over weekend they would have fixed on Monday, but I had to bring back Wednesday. They consider it a new customer. More

The last two times I used Tom Pecks Quicklane for oil changes they were anything but quick. Almost 2 hours then next time almost 3 hours! This is the first time in 8.5 years, that my Ford Focus had had any work done to it...I've only had oil changes and tires replaced... I am a Ford man for life! More

Best Area Dealer and Service I live four miles from a Ford dealership, seven miles (in the opposite direction) from another one and I still drive the 16 miles to have my vehicles I live four miles from a Ford dealership, seven miles (in the opposite direction) from another one and I still drive the 16 miles to have my vehicles serviced at Tom Peck. The quality of service plus the courtesy and professionalism far outweighs the convenience of a shorter drive. More
