They included somebody else’s warranty in my loan papers, he claimed to fix my brakes and transmission, but they did not. I brought my car in for an oil change and 45k maintenance check. It’s a sport car and came from the factory with wider rear tires than front. When they dropped it off and I drove it next there was scraping check. It’s a sport car and came from the factory with wider rear tires than front. When they dropped it off and I drove it next there was scraping/grinding at full steer wheel lock. I looked under the car but didn’t notice anything. Later that night I noticed they put the rear tires (wider) on the front of the car and the front tires (thinner) on the rear. It was the wide tires scraping on the fender well. I called them and told them about it and they cared, told me to bring it back in and they’ll fix it and send me a free oil change. I did wheel moves myself and never got the email for the oil change. I was disappointed as I told them to not donate rotation as the wheels/tires are wider in the rear than the front. It had come that way with the performance package when new. Next time I’ll do my own oil change. More
