My Chrysler Cirrus was overdo for an oil change. With the Quick Lane service, I knew I could immediately drive over to Tom Peck Ford (about 5 minutes from my home) and get the oil changed. Wait time was not that long for not having an appointment. I have an F-150 and Jeep GC that I also have serviced at Tom Peck. The service staff knows me and it's a very good relationship. Most important, I trust the service provided. With regard to pricing, I was actually able to use a holiday gift coupon from Tom Peck which made the price a great deal. More
