I recently had a disappointing experience with Huntley Ford. From the start, I felt like I was being rushed through the process for a quick sale rather than being treated with genuine care. The car I purchased was not properly cleaned, or charged which was surprising given that it was a used vehicle. It felt like they put minimal effort into preparing it for sale. The registration process through the Tesla app was also frustratingly slow. While the salesman, Kyle, did throw in a charger as a gesture, it turned out to be faulty and, despite my attempts to contact him about it, he never responded. Kyle was initially pleasant, but after the paperwork was signed, his level of care seemed to drop significantly. Overall, it felt like once the deal was closed, my concerns were no longer a priority. I would not recommend this dealership to buy used based on my experience. More

Isabella was an absolute savior in every sense of the word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty proce word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty process, but she took the time to check in on us while we were waiting, took care of getting us around when my Fiancee had to work and later us getting back home, and explained everything every step of the way. Compared to the treatment I was used to get at another dealership, or even personal working history from Mercedes Benz, Isabella at Huntley Ford took every bias I could've had and blew them away with absolute ease.
