We made an appointment and drove 2 hours to buy a truck. We test drove the truck, then came back to discuss numbers. We waited almost half an hour for the salesman to return with estimates. As we waited, a father and son shared their frustration of how they’ve been waiting so long and the dealership lost the car they came to see. Not a good sign that multiple customers are waiting extensive times and openly discussing it. Once the salesman returned, the price had $4k of fees added, and offered $4k lower for trade in price than what KBB shows as the low end. We pushed back on the numbers, and the salesman was able to adjust things but not much. When we decided we were not going to deal, they still had our keys from when they looked at our vehicles trade value. The salesman came back with the keys and the manager, who we later found out was the owner. The manager was very condescending, and acted like we were asking too much for a fair trade in value and not thousands of dollars in extra fees. We came to an agreed number, and the manager and salesman went back to an office to see if they could make it work. While they were gone, we heard a man yelling outside to the same father and son we were talking to earlier. The man yelled at a salesman and I went out to ask the father what he was saying. The father said that the man told the salesman he’s not paying $4k in extra fees, and that it’s not right to mark the price up and not deal fairly. I told the father we were dealing with the exact same thing inside. The manager and salesman returned and the manager continued to play hard ball. We stated we were going to leave and the manager said he could do our number and continued to ask why we couldn’t make it work. We told him that we shouldn’t have to leave for you to make a fair deal, and we don’t want to support a dealership that treats customers like this. We’ve purchased multiple cars at dealerships and have never been talked down to and jerked around as much as at Huntley Ford. More

Worst experience. Sales rep didn’t know a thing about the vehicle I bought. The dealership put ONE brand new tire on an AWD vehicle which you cannot do. But the rep was persistent it was a rwd vehicle with 4wd which he was wrong. I pointed out the other worn tires where he proceeded to take forever to get a tire gauge in which he overstated the tread depth so I could only get one tire free of charge. I went home and checked the tires with my gauge and was immediately ticked off. They also didn’t beat the rate I had stated I was approved with my bank at 7% and they gave me 9.2%. The finance guy wouldn’t stop trying to sell the bumper to bumper crap I told him about 15 times NO. As soon as I measured the tread depth I called where it took 2 weeks of Calling leaving messages and NOT A SINGLE call back from any manager as I had requested atleast 7 times. It wasnt until I showed up there I got to talk to a low level manager. I had to kick out 800 dollars on car I’ve had for 2 weeks for two new tires that should have been replaced by the dealer CORRECTLY in the first place. This is hands down the WORST dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I would never and will never buy a vehicle from this place. I’d suggest searching ANYWHERE else. Please dont give this dealership your money. More
We were looking st a truck that was priced well at $43327 when they ran our numbers so we could see payment price the total outage door was Over $65000. The fees are insane. I arranged a test drive and verified three times that the car was ready for a test drive. I tell them I'm driving 70 miles to come see this car. When I get there. There is no car.
