Once I decided on a specific car I found your dealership online and called the toll free number and initially spoke with a salesman who answered all of my questions. Explained what I was looking for and he did a great job. Explained I was calling from out of state and very serious. The salesman asked what it was going to take to earn my business and I told him. The salesman made sure he could get the deal done. and was also a perfect 10. Two hours later I decided to drive 479 miles to Tom Peck Ford in Huntley, Illinois to get my new car. When I arrived the salesman showed me the car and then we took the vehicle for a quick road test. I smiled and said "Yes". Filled out the paperwork, and then walked out to my new vehicle. The salesman placed the in-transit into my window, shook my hand and I drove away a satisfied, happy customer. Well worth the drive and investment. Told the management team at Tom Peck Ford how fortunate they are to have such great employee's. I spent four days looking at dealerships across the United States and felt nobody wanted to work with me and made me feel awful. Told my father I was going to throw in the towel cause my experience was not pleasant. My father said lets look one more time and the Tom Peck Ford staff restored my faith that good car dealerships still exist on this earth. Next car I need be assured I am going to call Tom Peck Ford to see if they can help me find my next car. My experience at Tom Peck Ford was a "perfect 10" and guarantee it will be positive for you. Flat Tire removal, repair and replacement. Dealer performed tire repair, not clear if puncture plug repair is warrantied in future by tire manufacturer??. AAA road services did the actual tire removal and spare tire install. The Ford furnished lug wrench ( new with truck in 2017) was not adequate to loosen lug nuts. Wrench steel bar bent rather than turning to loosen lug nuts. Luckily there was a State Trooper assisting that had an adequate sized lug wrench. If I was in a Do It Yourself situation I would have been stranded on the interstate roadside. The Ford service contact says that this happens all the time and could not offer any resolution. Ford should provide a wrench with the truck that will function for all known conditions - major issue. More
