I had previously arranged a test drive, the consultant had prepared three test routes of varying difficulty so I could evaluate the Ford Explorer's performance in various conditions. However, after purchasing the car, I discovered the remote start feature was disabled. A manager came to my office to set up the system and demonstrate all the features of the FordPass app. Overall, I can say I was satisfied, and they truly care about long-term customer relationships.
