I cant believe the level of customer service i just recieved. The staff was incredible. I went in for a promotional oil change, and got way more including a free car wash and fluids topped off. I have nothing but kind words to say about the service department team. I was driving across the country by myself and unfortunately broke down near Rockford IL. I called a different dealer because they w department team. I was driving across the country by myself and unfortunately broke down near Rockford IL. I called a different dealer because they were closer but they were not friendly and didn’t seem to have any interest in helping someone out who really needed it. I then called this location and I am so glad I did. The First Gentleman I spoke with, Steven, was very polite and had gotten me an appointment for my car to get looked at first thing the following morning. He also provided me with details for a towing company to try to help me out. I called back a couple hours later to explain my situation as far as not being able to get the car there before they closed as I was still waiting on the tow truck. This time I spoke with Heather who was also extremely helpful and polite. She even went above and beyond and tried to help me look up hotels near by that I could stay at since I didn’t know the area. The following morning I spoke with both Heather and Steven. Again very pleasant to speak with. Steven kept me informed about the car and the issues with it. They were able to get everything fixed by noon and I was on my way back home. They helped make such a terrible experience just a little bit easier and for that I am very thankful. I called the repair center this morning because my check engine light came on, and I have to say, Rudy was amazing!
