Then give you a thumb drive, after 4 hrs. worn down by their sales and finance tactics. I'm a senior..At 8.00 I asked for my car key they hold on to it. I back out from buying it next morning. Until now they did not refun my $500 deposit. Many attemps calling them with no response from Derek Jordan finance guys. No return call from anyone there.They added so many fees you end up getting charge over $500 more. DON' T BUY Here More

Worst car dealer experience in a very long time. Classic slimy used car salesmen. Called about a car they advertised online. Scheduled an appointment. Arrived on time and was introduced to Jon. He went to get the car for a test drive - took about 10 minutes just to find it. I know from the carfax they had the car for nearly a month and it was "filthy" inside and out. Nasty with all the previous owner's dirt and papers still inside. Tried to look past that. After wanted to see if we could work out a deal. They refused to even give me numbers until I told them I wanted to buy right then. Started to leave and Gary the Assistant Manager came over. After talking with them I just felt slimy. Worst experience. He said nothing, so we left. I called back from home and was told "I had to schedule an appointment and come in even to talk to anyone about a car. They just want to get you in and then twist everything around - classic slimy used car salesmen. I thought being a Ford dealer would be better, but don't let them fool you. This is a used car shop - period. They want to get in there and tag-team against you. If you like that kind of experience you'll love it. More
