Very rude, pushy, aggressive salesmen that are inconsiderate of YOUR time ! They lied about everything from the 1st phone call saying you speak with a salesmen when it's just a concierge trying to inconsiderate of YOUR time ! They lied about everything from the 1st phone call saying you speak with a salesmen when it's just a concierge trying to set up an appointment and cannot tell you anything about the truck or payments at all. 1st when getting there I was told I was gonna be meeting with abe the manager never seen him till the last 5 minutes the first day i was walking out the door and they let me walk out because they didn't want to give me any prices unless I was to finance through them which I was not planning on financing at all.. I call and come back another day to look at a specific vehicle they haven't detailed it very dirty mud over the fenders bird crap all along the bed and the best yet a 2022 f350 with 9600 miles they're trying to make sure I buy the vehicle before they even run that engine code or better yet just fix it. But I just keep getting the same thing over and over again they won't do anything to the truck until I actually give them the full payment then they will TRY and have the shop clean it and fix its issues with a truck with less than 10k miles after you've bought it... but not before ! They're such a high volume store they can't clean or service the vehicles before a customer wants to either look or buy it, otherwise they're just so busy beeing rude not answering questions hanging up phone calls and just been unhelpful to do their actual jobs here from the concierge desk workers being extremely rude and clueless about the whole car buying process starting with Candace being the worst> the service workers being completely clueless on all their products and not being able to give me simple part prices for a vehicle and never getting back in touch to > the worthless incompetent salespeople that try marking up hidden prices , lie to you about the vehicle to get you to waste time driving to their lot, trying selling vehicles with engine lights and other issues I dont know how Ford even let these guys become a dealership they should be stripped of the license to sell vehicles with all the shady buisness they do ! I showed up 3 times with cash in my hand I walked out 3 times with cash in my hand because they could never make up their inflated price to give me to the 3 times I was previously there but their concierge people keep calling me everyday telling me to come back in and so we can make a deal but I don't plan on going back so they can waste any more time 4+ hours driving and sat in their show room almost 2 full days with no help no answers and no vehicle bought with cash sitting in my pocket. I very much DO NOT recommend wasting your time and money with these crooks ! If I can't get them to come down a couple hundred bucks on a 82k$ truck goodluck with your 40k jeeps and suvs deals! This dealership is worried about 1 thing and 1 thing only ... THEY WANT YOUR $$$ FIRST , B4 they answer any questions or concerns regarding the vehicle!!! Beware of this Stealership ! More
