Awful dealership. Spoke with someone named Cody. They refused to connect me to finance or a manager over the phone for assistance with basic vehicle purchase questions Spoke with someone named Cody. He said for warranty questions about specific vehicle (which I had since most of their used cars are lemon law branded title vehicle buybacks from auctions) that I would have to speak with finance. When asking to talk to finance over phone to answer simple question since I don’t live close to dealership he refused and said I need to travel all the way to dealership in person if I want to talk to them, when asking for a manager he also refused and said they aren’t allowed to connect customers over phone to a manager or finance and that I must travel all the way to dealership to ask questions in person. Slimy dealership and terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. More
