The service on my daughter's car was excellent. They correctly diagnosed an engine issue and repaired it. Shortly after we got it home, another issue popped up. They took the car in and looked at it again… completely free of charge… Diagnosed a slightly different issue, only charged me the basic fees, and actually apologized for not catching it the first time. The service and support was exceptional and I felt good about the entire interaction. They took great care of us. I don't know the name of the mechanic, but Josh was our service rep. He could not be nicer and spent a lot of time explaining a fairly complex engine issue. Five stars, 10 out of 10, whatever rating scale you use, they did great work for us and the service could not have been better. More
