This is the second time Christian has been sent for Mobile Service. He shows up on time. He is honest about the price of the service up front. He was respectful of my time and my peace by texting me when he arrived rather than ringing the bell and setting off my dogs. Christian took the keys, and performed the service in a timely manner. He spilled a fluid on our driveway, and was upfront about it. I asked for him to have the service manager call me to discuss it. No one has yet. Once I paid, Christian walked around the truck with me and provided a tour of the tasks that have been completed during the service. My vehicle was in the same condition it was when he arrived. Christian went over and above by telling me (and then texting me) about a bolt that had been rethreaded in a previous service (done by a different dealership) and that on the next service mentioned that a tool needs to be brought to fix that bolt. He also told me that my air filter was dirty and in need of replacement. I appreciate Christian very much. His behavior has earned my respect and trust. More
