I came all the way from Burbank, IL to Ford Huntley to test drive a 2015 Honda Odyssey, and I truly enjoyed working with Nabeel throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. I genuinely wanted to earn his business because of how well he treated me and how hard he worked to help. The only reason I ultimately decided not to move forward was because the vehicle had more interior scratches and wear than I was personally comfortable with — which, to be fair, is understandable for a used vehicle of that age. That said, my experience with Nabeel himself was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit Ford Huntley. He’s honest, respectful, and truly cares about his customers. I didn’t have an appointment but came at 7am and was immediately helped. I was called a little over an hour later to say my car was finished.
