The dealership representatives were professional at all times during our negotiations for a vehicle they had on their lot. Not sure how these ppl are in business. I called to buy a 2020 BMW M8. All I wanted was a purchase order so I can buy the vehicle. They wouldn't give me price over the phone. Terrible experience. Bait and switch price went up $2000 from price listed on Internet even after I had confirmed it and made appointment.
