Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life! They list their vehicles on line but say they only work with you in person. I have purchased several vehicles online out of state and had very good e They list their vehicles on line but say they only work with you in person. I have purchased several vehicles online out of state and had very good experiences each time, until I talked to them! How Karen works there treating people this way is beyond me, she must be the owners daughter to be able to get away with it! I called trying to get the general manager, but she handed me off to a co-salesman and he was even worse. They are giving Ford a bad name and should have their dealers license revoked! They have to be paying people for a 5 star review. More

Wont go back, here are the positives and the negatives of my experience. + Let me test drive on my own -Had a 12:00 appointment, wasn't talked to until 12:43 even though I confirmed the appt. -One of my experience. + Let me test drive on my own -Had a 12:00 appointment, wasn't talked to until 12:43 even though I confirmed the appt. -One of the cars I had asked about they couldn't find, and when they did, had to jumpstart the battery -Won't let you get a 3rd party inspection, and didn't have their "140 point" inspection available -Appraised my car at 50% of its value according to Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds -Added $9,500 to the price I saw online (that included the trade-in) -Won't let you buy in cash, you must finance through them More

Igor Levit was three days into his employment with Ford and was very pleasant to work with. Even though being new he was still learning the product, he never hesitated to take questions to his colleagues t and was very pleasant to work with. Even though being new he was still learning the product, he never hesitated to take questions to his colleagues to gain the clarity that we needed to make a purchase. He also went to Finance at least 5 times to work on getting the monthly payment closer to where we wanted to be. Overall it was very nice meeting and closing the deal with him. I think he has a bright future at Ford. More
