Scam artists. Price of vehicle was $29,772. Trade in was 7k and somehow they said the loan amount would be $34,806. No money is owed on my vehicle. Salesman lied m Price of vehicle was $29,772. I was watching the truck and it was on their lot for 3 months. Which would explain several price drops. Said a Honda was " Certified". Ford dealer cant certify a Honda. Ridgeline also has a recall which makes certification impossible. Another salesman physically threatened a customers's father. The customer was buying a Tesla and i overheard a price descrepancy of 4K. STAY AWAY More

Complete bait and switch. I called to confirm that Internet pricing was accurate and that the pricing applied to the financing incentives Ford currently offering. Dealership ran my credit without telling me that pricing and financing were inverse and that the good price only applied for a drawn out loan at a high interest rate and that the rate I was asking about was not even available at all. So not only did I not get the car I wanted at the advertised price, but my credit took a hit as well. I also drove an hour to get there. Such a scam. More
