Complete bait and switch. I called to confirm that Internet pricing was accurate and that the pricing applied to the financing incentives Ford currently offering. Dealership ran my credit without telling me that pricing and financing were inverse and that the good price only applied for a drawn out loan at a high interest rate and that the rate I was asking about was not even available at all. So not only did I not get the car I wanted at the advertised price, but my credit took a hit as well. I also drove an hour to get there. Such a scam. More

Horrible experience. They are liars. We purchased a car that needed a few details taken care of. They ignored us as soon as we left the lot. They pretended to order some They are liars. They xx'd about some detailing that had to be done but ... hmmmm.. the things they needed had to be ordered. Weeks later nothing and they won't return calls. Items missing from the car that I feel they took and used for another car or sold for parts. I have purchased a lot of cars and these people are the worst. I prefer Zimbrick and sad I didn't buy from them. They are on point for return customers. More

Good afternoon, Huntley Ford you have a great service writer in Isabella! I am taking care of my dad who is 81 years old. He is dealing with issues that have him in the hospital. While making sure he got the care he needs… I realized my family truck was long overdue for some repairs. I dropped my vehicle off yesterday. Isabella was very polite and helpful. I was going to rent a car while waiting for my vehicle but she was honest enough to tell me not to get a rental and that our Ford explorer will be done in less than 1 day. She was right it was done before 12pm next day! Oil change, breaks, rotors, and a recall! I was told my vehicle will be brought to my home by 2pm. Guess what ? They made it at 1pm a whole hour early !! Isabella and Huntley Ford exceeded all expectations. I hope you all keep her apart of the team. She literally took the stress from me told me to focus on dad and to trust Huntley Ford. I’m glad I did! More
