Trying to buy a 23 Ford F-150 for $58,000. They would not deal on the price, okay. Agreed to pay there internet price of $58,000. So now you would expect to pay that $58,000 plus tax of 7.25% They would not deal on the price, okay. Agreed to pay there internet price of $58,000. So now you would expect to pay that $58,000 plus tax of 7.25% $4233.00 plus title and license correct?Nope, there price is now $75,000!The old bait and switch practice. After telling them all the things i didn't want there final offer was $68,000! So $58,000 plus tax title and license does NOT equal $68,000.!Also they insisted you finance the deal thru there finance company so they get there "kick back" as the salesman put it. I wanted to write a check for the truck. Needless to say i did NOT buy after wasting 2 hours of my time. Why anyone would buy here is a mystery to me. Don't know how they would do business like this? I bought a new Lincoln last year and didn't have issues like this.Will keep looking ,more than one Ford dealership around. Buyer Beware! More
I recently took my vehicle in to get the heat fixed. Everything else in my car was working fine - had even had an oil change and brake check about a month prior (all looked good). They offered me a shuttle so that I could go to work while they fixed the heat. Not only did they forget about me for an hour, they then offered to deliver my vehicle to me once it was done, which they did not fulfill. When they called to let me know it was fixed, they said the people who normally deliver the vehicles were gone for the day. Luckily, I could get a ride to the dealership but if I couldn't, I would've been screwed. I picked up my car after work around 6pm and the heat did work. On the way home, my car's brakes were sensitive and I couldn't drive above 40 mph. When I tried, it ended up jamming the brake and overheating the vehicle. I had to pull into a gas station and get out while the vehicle smoked. Returned the car to the service area. The next business day, they called saying that they had forgotten to put the brake back into place after fixing the heat. They were set to deliver it back to me around 12:30. 12:30 came and went before they called me to say they drove the car and the same issues happened, which means that they did not do a test drive before trying to return the vehicle (which is why I wanted it delivered). If I was going to pick it up, it would have done the same exact thing. They ended up having to replace some parts that were working perfectly fine before I had brought it to them. They did replace them for free, though I do not think the 4-hour wait for AAA or the confusion and waiting caused by this dealership was worth it. I still ended up paying $1000 for my heat to be fixed (or $999.99 after the service adviser told me he could keep it under a thousand). Luckily, this happened over a holiday so I didn't have to work, but will never be using this service again. They did call the following week to get feedback. I told them everything and they mentioned that a manager might be in touch with me about my feedback. After talking with my father, the same dealership had previously broken the hubcaps of the same vehicle when they took it in for quick service before. My dad also gave them feedback and never heard back from a manager so I doubt I will. Even if I do, people should be warned. More

Once home looking over the flash drive. I see the sale price disappeared. Upsell of $2500.00. I did agree to the extra warranty. So they really made out on the bait and switch. Asked for trade in offer to which the low balled by $5000.00 from Kelly Blue book offer. I did not trade in. Only thing I did make out on was crossing the border the truck was cheaper. Stay far away from this place. More
