This hands down is the worst place to deal with. From the sales people all the way to the managers. It’s a 6hr drive to get there or I would need to fly down. When I called to speak to a manager, the sales person told me mangers were by appointment only. I had to ask over and over and the salesman just kept telling me he was just doing his job by not getting his manager. The unwillingness to work with someone out of state is absolutely unacceptable. My lease was almost up so my husband and I needed to decide if we would keep our vehicle or not. We chatted, looked at a few vehicles, chatted some more, the GM came over to chat (they were going to keep an eye out on a couple of models for me) then I left. I never felt pushed or misguided. I was given multiple options on what I could do and not all of them benefited the dealership. Everything felt honest. No Nonsense. Of course, I went and checked a few other dealerships. (Im Human, sorry Eric). I wasnt in the best position with my lease, I didnt have many good options. But I texted with Eric throughout the process and he answered all of my questions (QUICKLY). He was able to work with us and help us understand the situation we were in. He wanted to help us get out of our lease and into a vehicle that we actually wanted. He was kind, and funny, and didn't mind me going off topic to talk about my kids. After everything, we traded in our explorer and bought a new 2024 Expedition! Eric made this process so easy. Car buying is no joke, and it was a massive purchase for me. So, having someone like Eric guide me through this made it much easier, and less stressful. Thank you Huntley Ford! More

I only came for an express oil change and the service rep was extremely polite and helpful. The visit took as long as was estimated and things were great. I recently had a disappointing experience with Huntley Ford. From the start, I felt like I was being rushed through the process for a quick sale rather than being treated with genuine care. The car I purchased was not properly cleaned, or charged which was surprising given that it was a used vehicle. It felt like they put minimal effort into preparing it for sale. The registration process through the Tesla app was also frustratingly slow. While the salesman, Kyle, did throw in a charger as a gesture, it turned out to be faulty and, despite my attempts to contact him about it, he never responded. Kyle was initially pleasant, but after the paperwork was signed, his level of care seemed to drop significantly. Overall, it felt like once the deal was closed, my concerns were no longer a priority. I would not recommend this dealership to buy used based on my experience. More
