Suggesting services that were not needed. Had my coolant changed at another dealer in spring and it's clean. Tried to sell me on a coolant change because it was 'dirty'. They lie, hide fee’s, inflate prices, make you finance through them at a ridiculous interest rate (even if your score is in the 800’s). Not for the customer at all! BUYER BEWARE -- We took the 70 mile trek to this dealership because of what appeared to be transparent pricing online. However, according to salesperson Mohammed, all dealerships have fees. Called to confirm that online pricing of vehicle and finance were legit and didn't include special qualifications. I was told that everyone qualifies for the price listed online. Once I arrived, drove t finance were legit and didn't include special qualifications. I was told that everyone qualifies for the price listed online. Once I arrived, drove the car I said I was ready to purchase. I said I was good with the online price and finance advertised. Salesman then said that the price included qualified discounts like military and student discounts which I didn't qualify for. Also said, the price listed didn't qualify for the finance rate listed. Despite clarifying these details on the phone before making the drive, they said the information I was given on the phone was wrong. So I said ok and I was going to leave. When I said I was leaving salesman told me that if I didn’t talk to a manager before I left, he would lose his job. So I told him to bring the manager. He brought Cory over and he stated the same. He said it was on the website. When I asked where it was stated he pointed to the screen randomly. I looked and nothing said that the finance rate meant you didn't get the discounted price and there was no mention of qualified discounts. Regardless, the website showed the price and discounted finance rate. Also, when I called they confirmed I could do both. Once they get you there, it all changes. Will never go back there and want to make sure others are aware that the price they advertise may not be honored.
