Everyone at Huntington Volvo was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! We very much enjoyed working with Michael Sollo, Shawn Mayers and Steve Rentz. We left the dealership feeling extremely happy with our deal and did not feel we were pressured in any way to make a deal quickly or go in any other direction other than what we were interested in. Each and every question we had was very thoughtfully answered by one of the staffers we worked with. The dealership is obviously a team run organization -- with all great players. I had previously always done business with another Volvo dealer, but after taking with Eddie I found his relaxed style and interest genuine and helpful. He put me into a new vehicle at the right price with the right feature set. He took the time to introduce me to a variety of people I will deal with for service. It was not forced, just the way he does business. Shawn Meyers was equally personable. Both Eddie and Shawn were professional,friendly, and easy to work with. Even though I have a dealership closer to my home, I plan to come to Huntington with their sizable service area to maintain my vehicle. I will be calling Eddie and Shawn when my lease is ready for renewal, but my guess is they will have already been in touch with me! Great experience...check them out! Liz D'Alesandro More

One of the easiest car buying experience I had I researched the XC90 for several months before contacting dealers. I eventually purchased an new XC90 from Huntington Volvo. My interactions with them were simple, clear and without any problems. They also had a very competitive price out of the Volvo dealers I contacted. Ed Ferrari was easy to deal with and came across as trustworthy, which I cannot say the same for two other dealers that I contacted. What he quoted me on via email was what I eventually paid without any surprises or upsell pressure. So overall an excellent experience. More

Truly Exceptional!!! We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Huntington Volvo. Our sales representative was Ed Ferrari and he could not have mad We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Huntington Volvo. Our sales representative was Ed Ferrari and he could not have made this process go more smoothly. We first became interested in the Volvo XC60 because its dimensions were very similar to our 2006 Toyota Highlander. After looking into it, we were very impressed with the safety features that the car offered. Not only was there a city safety feature which prevents the car from hitting a solid object while driving at 30 mph or less but there was also a pedestrian safety feature which prevents the car from hitting a person or a bicycle going at similar speeds. It is difficult not to purchase a car without these features knowing that they are available. When we visited Ed in Huntington, he gave us a great description of the different features. We told him that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and that we wanted both safety packages described above. He told us that most vehicles are leased and that the pedestrian safety package was not a standard feature in the XC60. In order to get all of the features that we wanted, it was probably necessary to order the car and wait about 3 months for delivery. However, the next day, Ed called to say that he located a car, not only with the features we wanted, but also in the color that we wanted. Ed scoured contacts along the east coast and found a dealer who had ordered a car which was on its way to the United States. Without Ed’s diligence and personal contacts we would not have gotten our car in the same time frame. In addition the price was right and Ed made us aware of promotions offered by Volvo which allowed the deal to happen. We never felt pressured during this entire experience. We only felt that Ed wanted to make us happy and see that we got the car that we wanted. The icing on the cake was our interaction with Shawn Mayers, the finance manager. He made us feel very comfortable with the warranties we chose and we felt no pressure to purchase anything. This was a very big contrast from what we have experienced in the past. More
