Left my home at 745 this morning and drove 45 minutes for a service recall on my 2019 S60 as per a call from Huntington service department. When I arrived I was told that there was not a recall on my car but a service recall on my 2019 S60 as per a call from Huntington service department. When I arrived I was told that there was not a recall on my car but they did have the scheduled appointment. I was then told the recall was on a car I had leased and returned a year ago. Ugh ugh ugh someone needs to correct this and delete previous leasers names from your records so that this does not continue to happen. More

Alvia was very good to work with. 5 stars on customer service and friendliness applies to Alvia and check-in/out attendants. I also thought the check in and check out was excellent, very seemless process w the loaner car. Quality of tech work also appears to be very good. My only feedback is the tire pressure was not reset in the computer system, so after seeing the error light i had to determine it wasn't a low air pressure issue and was able to reset myself (after stopping at a station to check the air). Earlier this month I ordered a set of floor mats for my XC60 through this dealers website, volvo dealer accessories. The lack of response and service was very poor, and the customer service phone number did not allow you to speak with someone but only referred you to their email address. I finally received the correct item over a week later but it required frequent follow up on my part to ensure I received my order. This was a very negative experience and I would absolutely not recommend volvo dealer accessories or this dealer. More
