We were so glad we decided to stop by on our way home from long island. We were quickly introduced to Rick Perlmutter, who was such a pleasure to work with. That too was a frustrating experience when a deal I thought I had secured fell through due to technical issues uploading documentation. Then I contacted Dan Martin at Huntington Volvo and the experience between my local dealership and Dan was night and day. Not only did he explain the features of the car in a very “top-down” manner, pricing and fees were completely transparent. I was concerned having to travel to test drive the car and complications from an out of state purchase would be a waste of time, but Dan explained to me the process beforehand including advantages of financing and lower tax rates, and what was required on the day of delivery so I could plan accordingly. The result was an extremely smooth and stress less process. Even the extended warranty was not a hard sell. He deserves all 5 of his stars. More
