Have Been dealing with Huntington Jeep for many years have owned several vehicles there were Chrysler products my 2010 dodge ram had a safety recall going back to 2018. Every time that we went to the de have owned several vehicles there were Chrysler products my 2010 dodge ram had a safety recall going back to 2018. Every time that we went to the dealership with one of our vehicles they were asked about the safety recall parts every single time they told me the parts are not available when I called them to voice my concerns their answer was we order the parts to you in 2020 that I never came in Truth Be Told they never told me they received a parts. mean while over the last several years when my other vehicles went in to them they were asked many times about the recall and every time they told me parts were not available . I recently moved down to North Carolina and went into a dealership and asked about the recall and the parts and they told me they have been available all this time. And to find out my gas tank was ready to fall out of my Ram and my Wife could’ve been killed all because of Huntington Jeep‘s neglect. My advice to everyone is do not trust Huntington Jeep with yours and your family safety because they just don’t care More
Pros: The sales associate Joel made purchasing the car seamless as well as gave me a competitive price. Keep Joel. Cons: I bought a Wrangler Sahara 4XE in November 2021 and it has been nothing but a seamless as well as gave me a competitive price. Keep Joel. Cons: I bought a Wrangler Sahara 4XE in November 2021 and it has been nothing but a problem since the day I brought it home. The day after I brought the car home it failed to start. For weeks I was told they don’t know what the problem is. That they are working with corporate to figure out how to fix it. After 3 weeks of them “Servicing” the vehicle, I was told to come pick up the vehicle. The moment I drove off the lot, there goes the check engine light. When I turned around and brought the car back to Huntington Service Center, I was greeted with “Oh, its still doing that”. Clearly, they have no idea what they are doing. I have gotten nothing but complete unprofessionalism from every person in the service department. I never get call backs. There is no communication from their departments and when I hear from them, they response is we don’t know what is wrong with the vehicle. My Wrangler Sahara 4xE has been at Huntington Jeep Service Center monthly since the purchase date. As each month goes by, the vehicle doesn’t take a charge, completely stops working, and or the check engine light continues to go on. For a $65,000 car, I shouldn’t be in the service department on a monthly basis. The time I have been given a rental car, I was left with a rental with broken wind shield wipers flying off during a snow storm. Last week, I dropped off my 4xE at Huntington Jeep Service Center and for the first time since November, a service worker stated there has been gas cap issues with the vehicle leading to check engine light turning on which is why the car is failing to charge. The service center ordered me a new charger and stated that this might be the issue I have been having for the last 6 months. When returning my vehicle, it was given to me DAMAGED. They did not even have to decency to let me know they had damaged the car and just drove away. I have never bought a car from such an unprofessional group of people. It is disappointing considering the amount of cars I have purchased from them as well as the amount of people I have sent to them. Don’t forget that Jeep has failed to state the electric engine does not work on cold days. Not to mention the car only goes 25 miles on electric when it does work, not the advertised 50 miles electric. More
STayy from this dump unless you want to be scammed! !! Absolute worse experience in any service dept I’ve ever dealt with. The amount of unprofessionalism and 4 week run around just to have a head gaske !! Absolute worse experience in any service dept I’ve ever dealt with. The amount of unprofessionalism and 4 week run around just to have a head gasket replaced was ridiculous. Service advisors don’t return phone calls, service techs have no idea what they are doing in the shop and after a momth i got my car back in the same exact state i dropped it off in. Had it diagnosed from a different mechanic shop and they did a leak down test to confirm it was a bad head gasket. I decided to bring it to jeep to have them do it sinse it is a jeep figured they would know best. Boy was i wrong. Called a couple days after my appt for a status update. They said its in the shop being worked on, i pulled in there five mins later its parked untouched. Go in talk to advisor hes says you need an engine and trans. Not what i was there for. After that sale failed they agreed to do the head gasket but siad had to do the plenum gasket first to confirm its the head gasket. They did the plenum gasket, wanted to sell me on both head gaskets i said just the one thats bad. After that was almost two weeks since ive heard from anyone and thats only because i showed up there after all failed attempts of communication. Get into a brief arguement with the manager, get my keys go out there look under hood, no coolant in the radiator. Put some in drive to auto parts store buy more antifreezetop it off, wont get up to temperature. I find out they never put my thermostat back in the car!! Upon further inspection they never even did the head gasket and the system is still building up pressure as its still leaking into the coolant system. Back to square one and down a month time. Bunch of crooks trying to rip off a single dad of three kids in a time like this! STAYYYY AWWWAAYYYY!!!! More
Hello, I would like to share my experience at Huntington Jeep by naming the pros and cons: Pros: - Was able to find the vehicle that I wanted - Jeep Rubicon 4XE with leather interior and Sky-top roof i Jeep by naming the pros and cons: Pros: - Was able to find the vehicle that I wanted - Jeep Rubicon 4XE with leather interior and Sky-top roof in Sting Gray. - Process was relatively easy with a few technical difficulties - Price was better than most local dealers Cons - Sales associates (Keith) was unable to meet me at the dealership, but arranged for his finance manager (Joe) to meet me and explain the details. However, Joe arranged for another sales associate, Thomas, show us the vehicle. Sad to say that the associate didn't know all the details about the vehicle, certain drive modes (4H vs 2 WD part-time), and didn't offer us a test drive (which I will go into more detail below). The sales associate actually told us to use lowest regular gas and only after the 5th fill-up use premium (which I never heard of). However, he didn't warn us about the gas cap issues (not aligned will cause the engine light to stay on), and using a low grade gas will have driving train issues (as per certain Jeep blogs and the service technicians at Jeep). - Within two weeks the vehicle is in for service due to the engine light continually on and just found out that it was leaking coolant and needs a new water pump (which will take 5 to 10 days to obtain). Additionally, once replaced, the service department will have to perform a complete diagnostic check to determine the engine light causing various sounds and a sluggish drive. - Contacted the dealer as soon as possible. Was told by Keith to call back once the service technicians had a chance to look at the vehicle. Once the service department diagnosed the water pump issue, I immediately contacted the dealer three times and asked for Keith, Joe, and Bob, the sales manager. The receptionist explained that emails were sent to the office manager, however, to date have not received any calls back. All I would have wanted is to have my phone calls returned to discuss options as to loaner car, or other considerations to relieve these issues. Overall, this experience, started pleasant, but has ended up being your typical car dealership experience. Only thing I can recommend, is getting the best price, but to fully inspect the vehicle before driving off the lot, as truth be told, its my problem now and that's why cars have warranties... More

When you can't get the service manager to call you back after 6 calls over 2 weeks for a problem with a vehicle that was purchased just a few months ago from the dealership then how can you give a place a after 6 calls over 2 weeks for a problem with a vehicle that was purchased just a few months ago from the dealership then how can you give a place a rating over one star. Such a shame. Other people have informed me of the service from this particular dealership but I always want to give a place a try on my own. More
Switch and bait is how they operate. They said they had a car, we drove down and then they told us it was being detailed and we could come back next day which we did. They then said it was sold and tried to car, we drove down and then they told us it was being detailed and we could come back next day which we did. They then said it was sold and tried to sell us another car. We picked one and then they marked it up saying we had to purchase a paint/interior protection package raising the listed price from $13,400 to over $18,000. What a joke! Go any where else. More

What a Discus ting un manicured place located in Huntington and Commack. Interesting enough the Logo Says a Storck Family Dealership,(FAMILY OWNED) ? THATS SCARY . The talent is minimal , and the quality of performance is quite below average. I recently brought my Promaster 2500 to be serviced their as there was a problem with the Cargo Van stalling during normal driving. Once I brought the vehicle there, They determined the vehicle stalling in traffic was the result of the defective key even though I drove it to the shop with the same key. Because SAFETY WAS AN UTMOST CONCERN I agreed to have the key replaced and re programed. Once returning to my office, I tried to start the vehicle with the other key that we had in the office. Much to my surprise that key which had been the original 2nd key with the vehicle became dysfunctional because of the programming they did on the NEW KEY. DO YOU THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME TO BRING ALL MY KEYS DOWN FOR RE-PROGRAMMING WHEN I PURCHASED THE NEW KEY. ABSOLUTLY NOT. AFTER 2 DAYS , AND A NEW KEY I HAD PURCHASED THE VECHILE STALLED AGAIN, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE SHOP THE SERVICE MANAGER IN COMMACK STATED"I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT BOTH KEYS IN AT THE SAME TIME" ALTHOUGH I INFORMED HIM I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS AND DIDNT EXPECT THAT MY 2ND KEY WOULD BE NON OPERATIONAL, DIDNT PHASHE HIM AT ALL. Regardless. of the reprogramming of the 2nd key the Service Manager COUND'T COMPREHEND THAT THE REAL ISSUE WAS THE NEW KEY I PURCHASED WASNT THE PROBLEM AS THE VECHILE STALLED AGAIN. IN LIEU OF ADDRESSING THE CONCERN OF A POTENTIAL LIABILITY AND CATASHOPHIE ON THE ROAD HE DECIDED TO TEXT ME TO SAY THAT I COULDNT BRING MY VECHILE BACK EVER AGAIN FOR SERVICE. REALLY, AND IF I WOULD EVER CONSIDER SUCH AN EXPERIENCE SUCH AS THIS I WOULD INSTITUTIONALIZE MYSELF BEFORE DOING SUCH A STUPID THING. BOTTOM LINE , I WOULD NOT BRING MY SONS BICYCLE TO GET AIR IN THE TIRE TO THIS DEARLSHIP FEELING THAT THE LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM COULD CAUSE THE TIRE TO DEFLATE . THIS PROBLEM WITH THE DEARLISHIP HAS ESCALETED TO MY NOTIFING THE CORPORATE OFFICE OF RAM AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY. I CANNOT FINALIZE THIS RATING WITH GIVING CREDIT TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WILL POLANCO FOR HIS INCOMPETENCE AND DISRESPECT FOR UNDERSTANDING THE POTENTIAL CASULAITY OF SUCH A CATASHOPHIE IF THE VECHILE SHOULD CONTINUE TO STALL IN TRAFFIC. AND TO THE STORCK FAMILY WHOM NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME OF SUCH A CONCERN BEST WISHES. More
