After having it all day Monday without calling me, i decided to call Tuesday, and no one would answer the phones around 4pm. I would call and try to reach Service, Parts, Sales departments, and everytime it would ring until reaching a mailbox which was full. Eventually i reached someone in sales, just to tell me hold on ill transfer you to service and then getting a full mailbox. I must have called about 15 times between the last 3 days and only got them on the phone 2 times... what kind of customer service is this? Today is the 3rd day i called them around 12pm and got someone from service on the line, FINALLY! I asked him to check status of the car, they are flipping through what seemed like endless papers, then put me on hold, 5 min later, i get a new person which looks for my info, and puts me on hold AGAIN. 5 more min go by and finally i get someone on the phone. I explain to them no one has been answering calls, its difficult to reach them, and they have not given me any status updates on the car. He flips through papers, tells me he will put me on hold for a few minutes. at this point i was fed up of waiting on hold, gave him my phone number, and told him to call me with the info. it is now 3pm and still no calls, no answer, nothing. Tried calling them and what a surprise, the number keeps ringing and sends me to a full mailbox. 3 days I'm left totally in the dark. I would need to see a big improvement with the customer service for me to consider staying loyal to Hyundai in the future. Sorry, but this review doesn't have a resolution, not yet at least. More

Our salesman was knowledgable, friendly, never pushy and quite honest and helpful. A stellar vehicle purchase experience!! In late July of 2015, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bob Awn at Huntington Hyundai. From first contact with Bob via telephone, to the greeting In late July of 2015, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bob Awn at Huntington Hyundai. From first contact with Bob via telephone, to the greeting I received from him at the dealership, he was kind, sociable, knowledgeable, patient and professional. A minor repair issue was discovered subsequent to the sale, and Bob continued to deliver stellar attention and service to me regarding the repair and warranty coverage. Bob conducted himself above and beyond the call of duty, especially considering that I live remotely in Connecticut. He accommodated me so that I would not have to spend time, energy, and money returning to the dealership to address the repair there and instead worked with me to have the repair conducted in my home area. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before. I've heard and read horror story after story about stereotypical dealership/salesperson tactics, etc., but in my case at Huntington Hyundai, I could not ask for a better experience. So to Bob Awn, and any members of his management and support team who are also responsible for the stellar, overall vehicle purchase experience I had, I thank you and keep up the great work! Chris V.
