THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE Bob Phister (my sales associate) was, and is terrific. He made the (usually dreaded) car buying experience quite pleasurable. He is a no nonsense, honest and trustworthy salesman. High pressure, and false promises are not his style. These are qualities that I had not found in a new car salesperson (and I have been to many dealerships in the past when shopping for personal new cars): that is, until I had the pleasure of working with Bob Phister. He is truly a CREDIT TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. You should hold him in HIGH ESTEEM, and treasure him as the face of Hyundai of Huntington. As a short footnote, I also had the pleasure to work with Bob Aun for a short time (when Mr. Phister was unavailable). Mr. Aun was also a pleasure to do business with. Both "Bobs" are genuinely nice people and are true assets to your company. I would not hesitate for a nanosecond, in recommending Hyundai of Huntington to all my friends and business associates who would be in the market for an automobile!!! Good experience at Huntington Hyundai Looking at 2017 Santa Fe sport or 2017 Tucson limited concerned about reviews of double clutch on some Tucson's Researched problem and worked with Bob Looking at 2017 Santa Fe sport or 2017 Tucson limited concerned about reviews of double clutch on some Tucson's Researched problem and worked with Bob Phister We determined issue may have been resolved on newer Tucson's made after May 2016. Test drove newer Tucson's and found no real problem. Really preferred handling of Tucson over SAnta Fe. Bought the 2017 Tucson from Bob who made sure made sure specific car I bought had no recall issues and was made in June 2016. No pressure to buy just sincere honest salesperson. Car is fine No issues so far car has lots of safety options which make a good value. Would recommend Bob and Huntington Hyundai. More
