He was not too pushy at first told me he would give me a few minutes to take a look at the car but would be standing right by for any question that I might have. Within a couple seconds I have started having a few questions and he was able to answer every single one of them quickly and satisfactorily. If he wasn't sure, he was able to find out the answer within a couple of minutes. Total professional. More
ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE Another wonderful experience dealing with the Huntington Hyundai team, specifically Ken Lazovick. A few years ago I leased my Hyundai (Sonata) from HH Another wonderful experience dealing with the Huntington Hyundai team, specifically Ken Lazovick. A few years ago I leased my Hyundai (Sonata) from HH and dealt with Ken who provided nothing short of a perfect car-buying experience. Fast forward nearly 3 years later where I found myself scrambling to buy a new car as my Sonata was totaled in an accident. Despite such a competitive market, my immediate decision to return to HH to meet with Ken was a no-brainer. And once again, I can't say enough good things about my awesome, helpful, simple, and hassle-free experience. I didn't once feel the stereotypical 'salesman sleeziness' from Ken in any way, shape or form. He didn't try to sell me anything extra, only emphasized how great the car was that I decided to buy AFTER all the paperwork was signed. Even in the company of my 6 and a 1/2 month old son, the entire staff treated him like a valued returning customer. It probably seems like I was paid to write this however, it's simply a reflection of my positive experience. Having worked in the customer service industry for a long time, I can understand the value of a customer's positive experience. Once my wife's current lease is up in February (from another car brand), needless to say she'll likely be making a trip to see Ken and the team in Huntington. More

Huntington Hyundai, and specifically my sales person Bob Pfister and General Manager Jason Buscaglia, provided exceptional and caring service that is Huntington Hyundai, and specifically my sales person Bob Pfister and General Manager Jason Buscaglia, provided exceptional and caring service that is unparalleled with experience at any other dealership. Bob spent a great deal of time with me going over car features, explaining those features to me both during my test drive and also extensively step-by-step when I went to pick up the car after purchase. While negotiating a price, he was so respectful and courteous and really tried his best to make sure I was happy with the transaction. As a first-time car buyer, I was so unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised by the warmth, thoughtfulness, kindness and generosity that each member at Huntington Hyundai afforded me. Bob P. provided a personal touch in every aspect of the car buying process, even coming up with a mnemonic to help me remember my new license plate number! My experiences with him left me feeling like I was part of the Huntington Hyundai family. He was truly amazing and I would never want to do car business with anyone other than him! The General Manager, Jason Buscaglia, was also extremely helpful, taking care of our sale paperwork and also all of our financing paperwork. He was involved throughout the car buying process, checking in to make sure we were happy the entire time. With a great attention to detail and customer-focused service, he also followed up prior to purchasing to ensure all of the paperwork details were correct so that the process when we arrived at the dealership could be as fastidious and efficient as possible. He was organized, informative, helpful and always friendly. With him leading the team at Huntington Hyundai, it's no wonder why every member of the dealership greets visitors with warmth, enthusiasm, kindness and a smile. I have already recommended Huntington Hyundai to friends and family, who are impressed to hear about my experiences there, and will continue to recommend Huntington Hyundai without reservation in the future. Excellent Service I recently brought my 2007 Hyundai Santé Fe in because the check engine light was on. After many attempts to get to the bottom of the problem, the m I recently brought my 2007 Hyundai Santé Fe in because the check engine light was on. After many attempts to get to the bottom of the problem, the mechanics finally figured out the cause and fixed it. The service department was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The service manager made calls, and always explained the next step. We were given a courtesy car while they were working on our car so we were not inconvenienced. In the end, we weren't charged for work done that was not part of figuring out why the light wouldn't go off. They were very fair with the price we ended up paying. I cant thank them enough for all they have done. I highly recommend this dealership. More
The Service manager tried to swindle me out of $1200 The check engine light came on and I read the code was for catalytic converter efficiency low. I read that bad sparkplugs can cause the light to go on and since I never replaced them, at 100k miles, I thought that could be the problem. I replaced them and reset the computer but two weeks later the light came on again. Then I brought my car into Huntington Hyundai service to diagnose it. The service manager says the Catalytic converter is bad and its a $1200 job. I read that there are 3 catalytic converters. since its a V6 engine, there is one on the front exhaust manifold one on the rear exhaust manifold and one lower catalytic converter downstream after the two exhaust pipes converge. So I asked the service manger which catalytic converter is bad? He tells me there is only one exhaust manifold. he insisted I was wrong. I had to trick him to walk him out to the car and lift the hood to show him two exhaust manifolds. His answer was "oh, my bad.". nice thing to hear from the "expert Hyundai mechanic that has been promoted to manager" so needless to say I wasn't going to have them work on my car. So I took a look under the car to see if I could replace it myself and I realize there is an exhaust leak just before the lower catalytic converter. I read that a bad pressure reading at the oxygen sensor is what causes the light to come on. so I though an exhaust leak could give a bad reading of air pressure in the exhaust. So I brought the car to a muffler shop and they fixed the leaking flexpipe for $240 , I reset the light and the light never came back on. good thing I did not waste $1200 at Hyundai. More
