Always a disappointment I have never had a good experience with the service department. Sales is wonderful, Ken was the best sales man ever. Service horrible. This time I called the last week of April, it went to voice mail and was instructed to leave a message and was told someone would call back. A week later, left another message, no return call again. Waited another week, call again. I got the voice mail again left a message ,then I called back to talk to the general manager. This time service answered. I told her I needed an appointment, i also asked if they every listen to the messages and return calls. She ignored my question and scheduled an appointment. This will be the last time I subject myself to this treatment. I was told on the phone that the service would be under an hour, upon arrival I was told service would be about 2 hours. I have dealt with this type of service for over 4 years , shame on me. More
