Terrible service. I leased a 2014 pilot touring from Huntington Honda. My tires wore out in 12 months and my car could not pass inspection. We would recommend Huntington Honda as a reliable dealership, but would not recommend this particular vendor/insurance policy. Sometimes things go wrong. What we are grateful for is that, despite the confusion and mayhem that ensued (details below), Mohammed did not abandon us. *** Our first lease experience with Huntington Honda went without incident. We should never have wasted money on the supplemental insurance policy we had, but we heard about how picky lease companies are about any kind of invisible dink, so we took the policy. We agreed to the same deal on our second lease and sure enough, when I needed a tow - first the tow guy took off with the car, leaving a senior citizen stranded. And then when the car was finally rescued - this insurance policy never paid the tow, essentially sticking me with the bill. I did get through to the folks at Huntington Honda, who did reimburse me for the tow, but I had lost all faith in the insurance company and Huntintington Honda agreed to cancel the insurance policy and refund my money. The first fairy tale was that they were going to send me a check for a refund for the price we agreed on to cancel the contract. Then I was told that my monthly payments would be reduced to reflect cancellation of most of the insurance policy - I'd be stuck with some of the cost, but I would not be eating the whole thing. Now the latest fairy tale is that they would cancel the last few months of the policy - 24 months from now - and the number of months they offered to cancel is half of what they agreed to refund me in the first place. I feel like I am really going to get stuck paying for this policy by hook or by crook. I have lost all faith in Huntington Honda - and in fact - since they tell me this is American Honda's doing - I am running the numbers and as soon as it makes financial sense for me to do so - I'm dumping this Honda and will never do business with Honda again. *** That's how I was feeling a couple of weeks ago, but Mohammed has restored my faith both in this dealership and in the Honda brand. Love the service at this dealer. Been to other Honda dealers. They are not all created equal. Huntington Honda always gives it 110% prices are competitive. I was experiencing a a problem when i had brought my honda accord in for service for a problem when the car would be shaking when i put pressure on the brake pedal. i had left the dealer ship and was ad honda accord in for service for a problem when the car would be shaking when i put pressure on the brake pedal. i had left the dealer ship and was advised that the problem was fixed with no charge. the next day i realized that the vibration was not gone so i went back to the dealership and asked to speak to a manager and Mr. Orlando cam to speak with me. he said he would get my car back into the shop however i would have to pay 1 hour for them to look at my car. i advised him that i was in yesterday and he didnt seem to care. he was being very nasty with me even tho i have been a long time customer. he then told me that there was nothing that the technicians could do and asked me to leave the dealership. I would NEVER go back to this service center and had contacted Honda Inc. I reccommend going to Bay Shore Honda or any other Honda Dealership in the area. More
I just bought my Honda Civic EX approx. 2 weeks ago and have had to bring it in for the most hilarious issues. NOTHING major, just ridiculous (1) the Door 'stopper'-hinge-holder to keep the door propped op have had to bring it in for the most hilarious issues. NOTHING major, just ridiculous (1) the Door 'stopper'-hinge-holder to keep the door propped open, and the most current (2) the horn ... :-/ BUT despite the small inconvenience of these "issues" it has been quite a pleasure dealing with this dealership. Erin Cabildo is AWESOME, what a pleasant personality he and his team have, and great customer service. I've dropped my car off to them in the morning and within a day or two they give me a call as soon as it is ready (never forgetting about me) and that's it. Of course I am sure if I needed to stay and wait they would get my car done sooner, but fortunately I have a boyfriend who doesn't mind being my chauffer :). The real test will be if I do have to wait for the repair, and if I need to borrow a loaner from them. I shall see how that will pan out, but I will review when that occurs, otherwise as of this moment I am really happy how Erin (and the whole service team) has treated me, and my boyfriend who also purchased from them. There isn't much else to write because I'm not complaining... it's just worth it to purchase a car here. More

My car was taken into the service area at 332 p.m. I told them that they could drive right back out as I no longer had time. I was furious! I had problems with your service department over the summer of July 2012. I had the car in 3 times with the same issue and was given 3 different responses. I was unhappy then but believe in second chances. However, no more....you can't even perform an express oil change in a timely fashion. Your staff should have told me about a lengthy wait. I would have been prepared or come back another time. Unfortunately no more. I will not be back. More
