My Accord was great but I really love my new Honda Civic. The sensing package really makes a nice addition, but the turbo charging might be the best feature! My salesperson Lorenzo was so accommodating and easy to deal with. He made the process almost stress free. Even though I was a pain in the neck and had to change my delivery date, Josh stepped in and took over making my delivery and trade-in seamless. My finance manager on this transaction, Kazim, explained everything to me and I even got to say hello to Bob Hertzka, who handled the previous car we leased a few months ago. I wish to extend a very special thanks to Mo (Irfan) and Shaikh, the Sales Managers who oversaw every detail.
