I am glad they really viewed me as a person and not by my credit score. . My salesman Robert was great, he really took his time explaining things to me and making sure I had a great experience. He stayed in touch and called me thru every process which I was extremely thankful for. Definitely looking forward to coming back to Honda for my trade in. I wish I would have came here in the first place. And to add, they even gave me a discount for recently graduating college, which was helpful towards my monthly payments. Definitely reccommend More

Horrible Experience I was a very loyal customer to AK and the dealership for many years. I recently leased a new CRV and after driving it for only 42 miles, the engine l I was a very loyal customer to AK and the dealership for many years. I recently leased a new CRV and after driving it for only 42 miles, the engine light came on. I brought it back and was told it needed a new transmission. I figured I got a lemon, expressed my concern and asked to get another car. Lots of back and forth phone calls, no straight answers and nobody seemed to care. AK would tell me one thing and the service department would tell me something different. Knowing I was concerned about getting a lemon, AK said he would give me a letter stating that I would get a brand new leased car if I had any future problems after they replaced the transmission. When I went to pick up the car, AK told me "the letter" was at the service department. After waiting around for almost an hour and half, service department said they had no idea about any letter. More waiting while service department tried to track down AK. Obviously he told me that just to get rid of me. He finally came back to the service area and hastily wrote me a handwritten note with a few words saying something to effect I get another car if I have any problems. I also expressed my frustration about making the first month's payment and then having to wait two weeks before it was fixed. I asked if the first month could be pro-rated but my request was ignored. Quite a stressful situation for an 80 year old woman. More

Their customer service is amazing from the moment you get there. The sales person was Hector, He was always making sure we were understanding everything and answering all of our questions clearly with no rush, in which made us feel more secure. Antonio is the best I went to Huntington Honda on a Sunday @4:40pm and was met by Antonio Avelar and I can only say that he was wonderful, the experience was very profe I went to Huntington Honda on a Sunday @4:40pm and was met by Antonio Avelar and I can only say that he was wonderful, the experience was very professional, he made the whole process easy and enjoyable, he took his time to find the color I wanted in less than 2 days and went to pick it up for me, Working with Antonio was a pleasure I highly recommend his service. They don't seem to care that they are likely losing a long time customer with 3 Hondas. Also, there were errors on the contract they were still crossing out and fixing when I returned to try to find out my options for recourse. At first, they started suggesting possible fixes, and then when I asked more questions, they took them off the table. The longer I sat there (over 2 hours, half of it sitting by myself staring out the window), the less they were willing to consider providing any assistance. While I don't think I was intentionally misled, it is a terrible feeling to spend so much money and be stuck with the WRONG CAR. Update: While they would not budge on correcting the mistake, they agreed to adding an accessory as an olive branch. I was told this would take 2 hours and I should wait, so I scheduled an appointment for early am. After 2 hours, I was told it would be another 2 hours, so I borrowed a car and went home. So, again, while the intentions are good, there needs to be better communication. Everyone I dealt with for servicing was very nice and apologetic, but verify and re-verify everything. More
